Michael Weiner is a founder and Managing Partner of NSCP. Michael serves as Chairman of Kitchen Cabinet Distributors and USA Millwork, a director of Premium Inspection and Testing, and was formerly a director of IOS as well as the President and a director of Castronics. He has extensive expertise in business and financial planning, due diligence, corporate finance, leveraged acquisitions and credit management. Prior to forming NSCP, Michael was an investment professional at The Riverside Company, a middle-market private equity fund with $3.5 billion of capital under management. At Riverside, Michael focused on leveraged recapitalizations, management buyouts, and industry build-ups with transaction sizes of up to $100 million and was involved in the ongoing management of Riverside’s investments. Prior to Riverside, Michael worked as an investment banker for Citigroup Global Markets, where he successfully closed hotel and infrastructure financings totaling over $500 million. Additionally, Michael has managed the start-up of two technology ventures. Michael received a BS in Economics and Mathematics from Duke University and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management. He currently serves on the Board of the Duke University Trinity College of Arts and Sciences, the Board of University School in Hunting Valley, Ohio, and as an Officer on the Board of the Jewish Family Service Association of Cleveland.
Mr. Dickinson is a founder and Managing Partner of NSCP. Patrick serves as President of Kitchen Cabinet Distributors and USA Millwork. He has extensive experience with the acquisition, strategic development and operation of lower middle-market companies. Prior to forming NSCP, Patrick served as an investment professional at Laurel Mountain Partners, a merchant banking group specializing in acquiring and operating companies in the waste and recycling industries. While at Laurel Mountain, Patrick was involved in all aspects of the firm’s activities, from the origination, analysis, negotiation, structuring, executing and financing of transactions to the ongoing management of Laurel Mountain’s investments. During his tenure, he participated in Laurel Mountain’s acquisition of over 20 companies worth a combined $200 million and played an integral role in the development and daily operations of one of the largest regional solid waste disposal companies and the largest U.S. scrap tire processor. Since leaving Laurel Mountain, Patrick has worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. He received a BS in Economics and Mathematics from Duke University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Mr. Banks is an associate at NSCP. Prior to joining NSCP, John worked as a senior consultant for Oliver Wyman, a leading global management consulting firm. While at Oliver Wyman, John worked across industries developing a focus on providing due diligence support for private equity and strategic acquirers. He has worked across several deals totaling over $10 billion in transaction value. John graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Accounting, History, and Finance from Judson University and has also completed studies at Oxford University and University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
